Selo Draginac nalazi se 20 km od Loznice. Ime je dobilo po kraljici Dragi Mašin. Draginac je tokom Prvog i Drugog svetskog rata podneo brojna ljudska stradanja od strane okupatorskih kaznenih ekspedicija. Na te tragične događaje iz Drugog svetskog rata podignut je spomenik sa spomen kosturnicom palim-streljanim taocima na ulasku u Draginac. Spomenik je podignut na jednom brežuljku koji dominira okolinom, a na spomeniku je urezan natpis: 14. OKTOBRA 1941. GODINE NEMAČKI FAŠISTI STRELJALI SU U DRAGINCU 2950 RODOLJUBA. Na 15km od SRK „Sunčana reka" kod ušća Radaljske reke u Drinu, odvaja se put prema Šarenoj Bukvi na planini Boranji. Tu, na južnoj padini Boranje, u dolini istoimene rečice, na 350 m nadmorske visine, leži Radaljska banja, okružena gustim šumama stoletnih bukava i četinara.

U dolini reke Cernice, pod padinama Iverka, na 180 m nadmorske visine, postoje izvori lekovite vode. Veđ pre više decenija koristilo ih je stanovništvo sela Donja Badanja, po kome današnja banja i dobija ime.
