Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede Republike Srbije bilo je organizator trodnevnog seminara pod nazivom "Seminar za podršku razvoju poljoprivrede u Srbiji" koji je održan u Biznis Sali Sportsko Rekreativnog Kompleksa Sunčana Reka u periodu 1.-3. juna. 2010 godine.
  Seminaru su prisustvovali svi pretstavnici regionalnih centara za ruralni razvoj i predstavnici lokalne samouprave Grada Loznice. Seminarom je rukovodio pomoćnik ministra i načelnik sektora za ruralni razvoj Slobodan Teofanov.
